The text of the call for application is also sent to the department coordinator and assistant coordinator via EBYS. The department coordinator and / or the assistant ensures that the announcement is announced on the department boards. In the call for application; Program participation requirements, application documents and methods, application dates, work schedule and grant amounts are  specified.
  • Students who want to participate in the program fill out the application form online at https://app.uib.eskisehir.edu.tr/ . Students indicate their choice of university with which they will exchange on their application form. The hard copy of the application form is signed by the department coordinator and submits to UIB together with other relevant documents.
  • The number of students who can benefit from each department with and without grant is determined by UIB. Information about the application process is announced on the website https://uib.eskisehir.edu.tr/tr/basvuru-sureci . The achievement score of the students who meet the application requirements and submit the application documents in full is calculated by the UIB by taking 50% of their GPA and 50% of their foreign language score. Placement of the students ranked according to their success scores to higher education institutions abroad is done by UIB.
  • Matching lists of the students are sent to the department coordinators by UIB with a cover letter via EBYS. The lists are announced by the department coordinators and UIB.

  • Students who are placed in higher education institutions abroad attend the orientation meeting organized by UIB regarding the mobility process. The informative video on the processes that students who will be engaged in learning activities should follow can be accessed using the link https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XpetAFawM1k&feature=youtu.be  . For the students who are entitled to benefit from the learning mobility, an informative meeting about the mobility process is organized by the Erasmus + department coordinator and the deputy coordinator in the Chemical Engineering Department within 2 weeks after the announcement of the matching results. The announcement about the meeting held in our department is announced in advance on the department boards.
  • Students examine the information packages of the institutions they are matched with and determine the courses they can take at the opposite institution. It receives the opinion of the Erasmus + department coordinator and / or the assistant coordinator regarding the suitability of these courses. • Chemical engineering students are encouraged to take courses related to chemical engineering and other related engineering fields. The department coordinator decides in which status (compulsory / elective / vocational elective) the courses taken by the student at the other institution will be evaluated. For the courses to be matched in compulsory status, the department coordinator obtains the opinion and written approval of the instructor who teaches the course at ESTU on the similarity of the course contents.
